1. How can I cancel my order?


You can cancel your order before it is shipped by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return process.


2. When will my order be shipped?


As Pant Along, we work with a mass production system in our workshop. Therefore, your orders will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 7 business days depending on the workload of the workshop. There may be flexibility in this period during special periods (campaigns, holidays, New Year's Eve, etc.). You will be sent an information e-mail when your order is shipped.


3. I received my product but I am not satisfied, can I return it?


Yes, you can return the product within 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason. The product must be unused, unlabeled, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.


4. Which products are not accepted for return?


• Custom-made products (e.g. jewelry with a name written on it, specially prepared for a specific size)
• Products with removed labels, used or damaged
• Products that are not suitable for resale due to hygiene
There is no right of return or withdrawal for these products.


5. Who is responsible for the shipping fee during the return process?


In returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs belong to the buyer. Please send the product by packaging it securely and preferably with a cargo company with a tracking number.


6. When will the refund be made?


After the returned product reaches us and is checked, the refund will be made within 14 days at the latest according to your payment method. For payments made by credit card, this process may take 1-4 weeks depending on your bank.


7. Can I exchange the product?


Product exchange is not currently possible. If you wish, you can return the existing product and place a new order.

9. There was a promotional product in my order. What will happen?


Promotional products sent with the main product must also be returned. Otherwise, the cost of the promotional product will be deducted from the total refund amount.

11. How should I store my jewelry?


We recommend that you store your jewelry in a moisture-free and direct sunlight-free environment. You can store it by wiping it with a soft cloth after each use.


12. Can I send the product I purchased as a gift?


Of course! We send your order with a gift package. If you wish, we can also add a message where you can leave a note.


13. Do you do wholesale production?


Yes, our workshop is suitable for wholesale production and special collection production. We are open to cooperation for boutiques, concept stores, corporate gifts or special projects. For wholesale orders and cooperation, you can contact us at [email protected].


14. Do you ship abroad?


Yes, as Pant Along, we carry out our international shipments safely and quickly with DHL Express. Although the shipping time varies according to the destination country, delivery is usually provided within 2-5 business days. Shipping fee and delivery details are specified during the order. Important note: For international orders, customs duties, fees or local taxes are not included in the price at the time of payment. Such additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery and may vary according to the legislation of each country.


15. How are payments made?


All payments you make through Pant Along are made through the secure PayTR infrastructure. You can easily and securely pay with credit cards, bank cards and various digital payment methods. Your information is encrypted during payment and will not be shared with third parties.


16. Can I order jewelry in a special size?


Yes, we welcome special sizing requests. However, since such orders are considered as custom production, they are considered as final sales and there is no right to return/exchange.
If additional metal or workmanship is required for the requested size, this may result in an additional charge. For detailed information and a price quote, you can contact us at [email protected].


17. Is it possible to produce a piece in a different material?


In some cases, for example, we can prepare a gold-plated version of a 925 sterling silver design. However, a silver version of every gold piece may not be technically possible.

18. Can you make me a custom engagement ring?
