Cancellation and Return Policy
1. General Provisions
In your purchases made through the www.pantalong.com website, your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review the following terms regarding order cancellation and product return.
This Cancellation and Return Policy is valid for purchases made through the www.pantalong.com website operated by SADE GLOBAL MODA TEXTILE IMPORT EXPORT TRADE LTD. STI. ("Company") and has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 ("TKHK") and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is delivered to the cargo by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling our customer service line. After your order cancellation request is received, your request will be evaluated within seventy-two hours at the latest and you will be informed by e-mail. Cancellation is not possible for orders that have entered the cargo process, however, in this case, you can return the product using your right of withdrawal. Orders that have entered the cargo process cannot be canceled; however, transactions can be made within the scope of the right of withdrawal or return procedure.
The refund of the canceled order will be made within fourteen (14) days at the latest, in accordance with the payment method used in the order. For payments made by credit card, the refund period may vary between one and four weeks depending on your bank's transaction process.
3. Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 48 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you have the right to return the product you purchased within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. This period starts from the date the product is delivered to you or the person at the address you indicated.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written notification by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, unlabeled, resalable and returned with its original packaging. The total amount you have paid within the scope of the right of withdrawal and all other payments, if any, that put you in debt will be refunded to you. However, the shipping costs incurred due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to you. Our company cannot charge you any fee under any name due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
4. Products for which the right of withdrawal is not valid
According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following situations:
a) Products whose packaging has been opened, products that are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons,
b) Products whose labels have been removed, used, washed, damaged or have lost their resaleability,
c) Products that cannot be resold due to health and hygiene,
d) Products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated,
e) Products that are specially produced or personalized to the person upon the request of the BUYER (with a name written, prepared according to size, etc.),
f) Products whose performance has been started before the end of the withdrawal period.
Return Procedure
You must submit your return request to [email protected] within seven (7) days from the date you receive the product. You must send the product back to us within fourteen days from the date you notify us that you have used your right of withdrawal.
The product to be returned must be sent complete with the delivery note, product box, packaging and promotional products. After the product reaches us, it is examined by our expert team. The refund of approved returns will be sent to you within fourteen (14) days at the latest, depending on your payment method.
The refund of approved returns will be made within fourteen days at the latest from the date your withdrawal notice reaches us, in the same way you made the payment. In credit card refunds, it may take one (1) to four (4) weeks for the amount to be reflected on your card, depending on the transaction process of the banks. Payments made by money transfer/EFT are transferred to the bank account provided by the buyer.
If the promotional product is not returned, the return of the main product will not be accepted. The return of the promotional products provided with the product may also be requested if necessary. Otherwise, the promotional product price will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Return Address
For all returns and exchanges, products must be sent to Alemdar Mah. Himaye-i Eftal Sok. It should be sent to Mirat Han No:4 Floor:3 Cağaloğlu/İstanbulIt should be sent to the address.
It is recommended that your product be packaged securely and that a cargo service with a tracking number be used during the return shipment. Our company is not responsible for any loss, damage or loss of value that may occur during the return shipment. For this reason, we recommend that you send your product completely and securely packaged, preferably through contracted cargo companies that offer a tracking number.
6. Exchange
Product exchange is not made for purchases made on the Pant Along website. Instead of a product exchange, a return transaction can be made and you can re-order the product you want.
